- Notification to the State of Vermont about the UST removal;
- Utility markout for Digsafe;
- Removal of the useable fuel from the tank;
- Excavation of the tank;
- Cutting and cleaning the tank;
- Disposal of waste associated with the cleaning of the tank;
- Assessment of the tank and the tank area to determine if the tank leaked at any point; and,
- Written report.
